Study On The Method For Analysing Railway Track State

To guarantee the railway transportation's security, the research on the change state of railway track must be thoroughly put in practice. Based on the analysis of the analysis and prediction models of track state at home and abroad, according to the problems of China's current railway track state analysis method, the method of analyzing railway track state using all the track geometry inspection data is be raised, the analysis and prediction model of track state based on the track geometry inspection data synthetical data platform is discussed.Two key problems are studied in the thesis: one is the establishment of the track geometry inspection data synthetical data platform, the other is analysis method of track state based on inspection data synthetical data platform.Because the railway track geometry inspection data is the base of analysis of railway tracks state, the main research in the thesis is the track geometry inspection data synthetical data platform. Based on the thoroughly analysis of the sorts of domestic track geometry inspection data; the collection way and quality problem of the various track geometry inspection data are be studied; using Data Warehouse to store and manage track inspection data; the dimension of track inspection data is ensured, the method of the various inspection data integration is be raised.The key content of this thesis is the method for analysis of railway track state based on the rail track geometry inspection data synthetical data platform. Firstly, the deterioration form the track state is analyzed. Secondly, the rail track quality state analysis model, based on dynamic and static rail track geometry inspection data, is established from the point of partial track irregularity, total track irregularity, the repeat rate of disease point number and key districts distribution etc. On the foundation of the above, Track Geometry Transformation Rate per million ton is used to reflect the transformation of the track quality state speed. And then the computing method is discussed in detail. On the end the prediction model is probed into.With the theory study, according to the present situation of Kunming Railway Administration, Railway Engineering and Maintenance Management Information System of Kunming Railway Bureau is constructed, using the railway track state analysis method discussed in this thesis. And it is already taken into practice.
