As the overall acceleration of railway in our country, the density increaes and time spacing of train continuously becomes shorten. The contradiction between maintenance and safe operation is becoming harder and harder. So, how to improve the efficiency and quality of public works is particularly important. The track inspection car as the main means of track detection at present, is detecting quickly. But at this stage, it is mainly manifested in the line of the state of the evaluation, detection of disease and the sexual guidance of the work repair work on railway. And it cannot be directly applied to the track of the track lining. Data analysis for track inspection car is just in its infancy, it needs more railway workers to do research in-depth, so as to improve the utilization rate of the data, and to serve better for the production.This paper is focusing on curvature, superelevation, acceleration and speed. First of all. we analyze the principle of track inspection car detection, and do the qualitative assessment. Then, we calculate the curve radius for each test item, and conclude how they change. After that, we can analyze the correlation between test data and curve radius by using the Grey correlation analysis. Finally, using the regression method of the mathematical statistics to find the relationship between the real radius curve and each component, and verify its credibility. Then, according to the principle of the involute, using the regression equation, we calculate the method of string lining of curve.Through the study, we found that the aberration of curve radius which are calcul--ated by the curvature, superelevation, acceleration is different. Among them, the ra--dius calculated by the curvature and superelevation are close, and their aberration is smaller than the one calculated by acceleration. In addition, the detection speed of track inspection car is also a big influence on test results. If the test speed is close to the average speed or80%-90%of the designing speed, the accuracy of test results is better than other ones. So the proposal is that workers should pay more attention to the rationality of the detection speed when testing, so as to improve the accuracy of test results.Through regression analysis, we found that it exist a certain linear relationship between the curve radius calculated by each test item and the practical curve radius, it can be integrated by using the regression equation. With the more accurate curve radius value, we can avoid the problem by using a single data. After that, we can use these radius to calculate the versed sine, and do the work of curve lining. It can improve the quality and efficiency of curve lining, so as to keeping the rail way better. Ten the train will be safer and the passengers will be more comfort.
