In order to improve the measurement efficiency of the railway track geometry smoothness parameters,the domestic related units have developed a dynamic(Total Station +INS)track detector with coordinate measurement function,which can dynamically measure the track.However,the current dynamic track detector is not widely used in the intra-industry,mainly because its measurement principle and mode have not been fully recognized by the intraindustry.Besides,the measurement data stability and measurement accuracy also have not been fully tested.Therefore,it is necessary to study the principle and process of the dynamic railway inspection instrument track measurement,the track measurement data stability,the track measurement accuracy and applicability.This paper studies the without manual-leveling total station in the track measurement working principle and function.Firstly,studies the coordinate system,observation value and coordinate calculation model of the without manual-leveling total station in the track measurement process of the INS track detector.Then,studies the 3d-coordinate conversion algorithm of the without manual-leveling total station.And through the measurement data collected by without manual-leveling total station in dynamic track detector track measurement case.A computer program has been compiled and verifies that the the correctness and superiority of the 3d-coordinate conversion algorithm.Finally,the method calculates the mean square errors station center 3d-coordinates of the without manual-leveling free station is discussed.Besides,It's demonstrated by the measured data that the 3d-coordinate conversion algorithm could be applied to arbitrary rotation angle of the without manual-leveling total station in the orbit measurement process.And we can obtain the high precision station center 3d-coordinates in engineering coordinate system.Through the establishment of the track detector test field on Chengdu Metro Line 5.A type of dynamic track detector track measurement accuracy is comprehensively tested,and the dynamic track detector orbit measurement data stability and accuracy are studied.(1)The dynamic track detector track repeats measurement of gauge,superelevation and 3d-coordinate data have satisfactory stability and high internal precision;(2)The dynamic track detector external track accuracy of superelevation and gauge(compare with the 0-level track ruler measurement superelevation and gauge with the differences mean square errors)can reach higher precision(?0.3mm),and the dynamic track detector external track accuracy of 3dcoordinate measurement(compare with the Amberg GRP1000 track detector measurement 3d-coordinate and Electronic Level measurement track elevation of the differences mean square errors)can reach the higher precision(?1.5mm).Analyze the accuracy and applicability of the dynamic track detector in the track measurement of a high-speed railway line.The dynamic track detector with coordinate measurement function is applied to operation period of the high-speed railway line,and the track measurement is performed under different line shapes.At the same time,the SGJ-T-SRI1 static track detector is used to measure the same track,comparing and deposing the track measurement data.The analysis of the synthetic through the measurement data(horizontal coordinate,track elevation,track gauge,track superelevation,track torsion,different track direction and height)of the dynamic track detector under different line shapes in operation period of high-speed railway track(including longitudinal slope,vertical curve,straight line and plane curve)showed that: the dynamic track detector with coordinate measurement function can measure the relative and absolute position of the railway below 250km/h(inclusive).
