The complete profile measurement of rail traffic infrastructure is significant to railway operational safety, which has huge meaning to national economy and people's life. However, the manual daily check-up and periodical comprehensive census can't satisfy the safety status inspecting of many busy lines. So, it's very important to design a quick and efficient method to ensure running safety of the rail traffic. The complete profile measurement of vehicular system is designed on the dynamic and noncontact technology. It acquires railway data by 4 laser scanners which could scan 180°, compensates the data by the dynamic benchmark measurement system to improve precision ,accomplishes dealing with ,saving data and judges the point which exceeds the safety delimitation. The information management system is established to finish data review and movement analysis to increase the degree of information. This paper describes the whole structure and realization method of the vehicular complete profile measurement system. It emphases the section dimension measurement project and demarcating arithmetic, the dynamic benchmark measurement and the compensate arithmetic to data and the software design of the data acquiring and information management system. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the system application instance about the Beijing 5th, 10th line subway, Jingjin high-speed railway detection.During the experiment on the spot, the system is installed on the normal running train, which behaves easy installation, strong resistance to rain, snow disadvantage factor. It could adapt the rail traffic application environment and extend more at present.
