Design And Implementation Of Prototype Of Arrival-Departure Track Anti-Slip Device Control System

Anti-slip device is important equipment at arrival-departure track, it's mainly used to ensure safety of transportation by prevent vehicle collision which induced by vehicle sliding. Thus, economic and social benefit can be created with a good design.Nowadays, traditional devices, such as iron shoes, stopping wheel and anti-slip wood, are used in most of the arrival-departure track. It needs manual operation, which reduces the work efficiency and causes danger. So the research on anti-slip device is urgent affairs. Our works will give a principle prototype design after analyzing the anti-slip device developed by Shenyang Railway Administration.Firstly, the anti-slip control system of arrival-departure track was analyzed. The functional requirement, reliability, and security requirement of the system was summarized. Then the scheme of anti-slip control system's principle prototype hardware was advanced. The whole structure of the system, (MMI) man-machine interface and the dual network redundancy communication plan was designed.Secondly, the hardware system of the anti-slip control system's field control unit was developed. The main control board for logic control and the I/O interface board for data interaction between main control board and the field control unit's driving and collecting interface. The logic control software and serial communication software were accomplished based on the field main control board.Thirdly, the MMI (man-machine interface) software and serial communication software between MMI (man-machine interface) and field control unit were designed and implemented.Finally, the debug of the principle prototype was shown to validate its reliability and safety after the design.
