The type of high-speed railway passenger station is complex,the train runs fastly,all kinds of works occupy less time,therefore the number of the throat area deals with the jobs is more than the existing station in unit time.Railway departments which need to ensure the safety of the transportation operations,but also improve the train punctuality rate.In this paper,train is late in a certain scale,but it don't interrupt transportation only reduce the transportation efficiency,to research on the basis of ensuring passenger train operation efficiency and service quality,in this context,research a efficient and quick adjustment of train departure time and the route plan,so as to achieve the purpose of the traffic and passenger work orderly organization.On the basis of the route choice and the influence factors of arrival and departure track,research into the throat length,the road which existing the parallel route,the number of turnout,the position of side direction through the turnout,of the occupy of the arrival and departure track is unique,the time requirement of the train in the arrival and departure track,the interval time of the arrival and departure track,which obtain a result about the route choice and the using of the arrival and departure track:the degree of arrival and departure track adjacent to the main track is related to the route conditions of receiving the trains.Based on high-speed railway passenger station's technology process,according to the design specifications of the high-speed railway and survey data,which determines the Nanjing south railway station's technical standard operation time.The receiving route takes up the throat area 4 min,the departure route takes up the throat 3.5 min,the passing-by train takes up 3.5 min,the minimum interval time of the nearby two trains takes up the same arrival and departure track is 7.5 min.In this paper,on the condition of the train as a whole to consider service quality and the train operation efficiency,through the integrated use of 0-1 programming model,double goal programming model and factor analysis method,put forward the principle of conflict approach constraint.Firstly,combing the delay time with the interval time of the track train,the train's delay plan is obtained on the basis of the fixed plan of the train.Secondly,based on route choice,the principle of using the arrival and departure track and the train's delay plan,to build a model which view the minimum occupy of the arrival and departure track as a target.Lastly,build a double goal programming model which results the best scheme.This paper adopts LINGO software programming to solve the model.Finally,take the 11:00-12:00 of the Nanjing south railway station's peak time as an example,reaching the best adjustment scheme,which is the closet answer to the fixed plan on the condition of the delay.Results show that the model won't increase the loss of the delay,at the same time,it will maintain the original fixed plan to receive and departure the train,in order to ensure passenger transport service quality.
