| Recently the oil price has been rising and the large-scale oil shortage or interruption have always existed,which pose threats to economy development and national security of our country,so our oil reserve system must be built.As much as I know,underground water-sealed mined storage caverns is most proper and popular.Basing on selection of the excavation methods construction sequences and blasting fashions and the influence of spoil disposal ventilation stability of surrounding rock and contraction machinery,the plan is proposed,which includes vault excavation method two excavation methods of single chamber and two construction sequences of chamber group,by giving a example of the distribution of jinzhou underground oil storage cavern.The two excavation methods of single chamber include excavation from up to down and excavation from chosen layers,and also the two construction sequences of chamber group include homodromous excavation and reverse excavation.The results are as follows:1. Standardized by stability of surrounding rock,reservation core soil is selected to be arch excavation method by analogy.2.Excavation from chosen layers is selected to be the excavation method of single chamber according to construction difficulties efficiency and the construction period.3.Two construction sequences of chamber group is numerically simulated by using FLAC3D,and the two groups of vault crown settlement bottom rise and distribution of perpendicular displacement and principal stress of each typical sections are similar.Homodromous excavation is selected to be the more suitable construction sequence of chamber group ,because it is more simple and fast. |
