Design Of Single-phase Anti-steal Electronic Watt-hour Meter

With the development of the use of the energy, someone steal the power using different kinds of means, Although the power supply bureau has made great efforts to prevent from stealing power, the condition is not better. The methods that are used to steal power are improving, whereas the detecting methods of power stealing are deficient, the tampering actions are becoming more and more rampant.The stealing power has made tremendous loss of the state's exchequer.In this thesis, a new single-phase electronic anti-steal watt-hour meter that has the function of highly accurate metering and rightly identifying energy stealing activities is designed. The main contents of the thesis are follows:1. The severe tampering actions and the disadvantage of tampering prevention means are introduced, the significance of design the single-phase electronic anti-steal watt-hour meter is discussed, and the main tasks of this thesis are pointed out.2. The structure, principle and function of the single-phase electronic anti-steal watt-hour meter based on SH69P561+ADE7755 are described.3. The hareware design of data acquisition unit, information-processing unit and power management unit are gave, and the methods of hareware design anti-disturbance are discussed.4. The tools of the software design is introduced, the software designs of the error analysis, energy metering, and power monitoring are put forward, as well as the means of software design anti-disturbance are discussed.5 The methods of meter testing are introduced, and the datas under diffirent test are given. Finally, the working of this thesis is summarized, and the deficiencies and improvement methods are pointed.The single-phase electronic anti-steal watt-hour meter with low consumpition and low cost is put into use now. Practices indicate that the meter can identify power stealing activities rightly and meter power accurately, with highly reliability. Therefore the meter has comprehensive application foreground.
