As the special tools for energy measuring, the accuracy of watt-hour meter hastightness relationship with large electric power user. In most areas of our country, thewidely used watt-hour meter is traditional induction furnace with channel meter,it hasonly a single electricity measurement function, using traditional artificial meterreading method, does not have remote control and timeshare measurement function.According to the deficiency of traditional watt-hour meter in function, this paperstudy the hardware circuit and software flow of intelligent watt-hour meter withremote cost control system using the modularization design method. The main workof this paper are as follows:â'ˆThe high precision special chip for the power measurement ,ATT7053A andhigh performance MCU 78K0527A are choosed for the design of the main controlcircuit and measurement module ;â'‰The other function modules of the syetem are analysised and designed by themodularization design method ;â'ŠThe software flow chart are given according to the module function ;â'‹The corresponding experimental results are given .The basic function of single-phase intelligent watt-hour meter with cost-controlis realized through the design on hardware circuit and software flow chart . |
