In this thesis, on the basis of summarization of the conclusions which have been researched in space structures, the construction of reticulated mega-structures is researched, including the construction technology, construction proposal, the hoist of the 3D truss arc, the static analysis and the stability in construction process.To the common construction method, the technological process, the advantage and the fault, and the subject range are introduced. Then based on the analysis of these methods , the construction technological and proposal of reticulated mega-structures are researched, and the different construction proposals are put forward.The primary point such as the choice of the hoist hole, the strength and the stability in the construction process are researched when the 3D long span truss beam of reticulated mega-structures is constructed.The basic principles of two kinds of construction process analysis method are stated. One is State Variable Superposition Method based on linear superposition theory and the other is Nonlinear Finite Element Method based on finite displacement theory. Some key problems are paid special attention to and expanded in detail, such as the rule of increasing members and position of installation, the dismantlment of members, boundary condition and loads changes.Simulation analysis has been carried out about the static property of the reticulated mega-structures during the construction process. The difference of static characteristics such internal forces of members, deformation and support pressure between different temporary supports , different construction sequence of the substructure.From the results we obtain that a rather large difference of internal forces of members, deformation and support pressure has exist between the construction process and confectioning in one timed during the design state. Different installation of temporary supports and construction sequence of the substructure affect the confectioning of structure a lot. Proper installation of temporary supports and construction sequence of the substructure can improve the condition of stress, deformation and support pressure during the construction process.Simulation analysis has been carried out about the stability property of the reticulated mega-structures during the construction process. Linear and nonlinear buckling analysis have been carried out for the different construction state of different program, and buckling mode and the relationship between loads and displacement have been present. Conclusion has been obtain by the contrast of results.
