In 20 century's ends and the 21st century's beginning, Our urban development is rapid, cities becoming larger and larger, but all sorts of problems come out such as unlicensed building, Abusing the farm and so on.we must find a way to prevent these things. With development of technology of"3S"especially remote sensing, high resolution satellite datum come out and that will be convenient for city planning management sectors. As the carriers, remote sensing are now playing a more and more important role on used to studing Land Surface , resources and environment. In resent years, remote sensing data becomes more diversified and high-resolution, IKONOS and QUICKBIR provided the data guarantee for urban dynamic monitoring. All of these made unprecedented convenient conditions of urban planning supervision,so there must be mature methods for it.There we have The IKONOS in 2005 and the QuickBird in 2007 coverd in XinXiang, Repeated tests were made on Remote Sensing Data Preprocessing and Quality Control and methods of auto-find change information using remote sensing and GIS software. At last,we have a fast and efficient way in urban Dynamic Monitoring. The tests indicate that picture quality of remote sensing is very important for later period working,so we must have strict quality control program in our work.As the computer-controlled automatic classification and manual interpretation being done thematic map of urban planning based on DOM are made. Then overlap analysis is to be done on the thematic map and changed information, the changed information endowed with attributes. At last we would find out change laws of urban by quantitative and qualitative analysis.
