Research On Project Controlling Decision Support System About Large-Scale Highway Construction Project

At present, the management capacity of integration and controlling on owners in large-scale highway construction should be improved. And the job named engineering monitoring, whose core is quality controlling, could not consider the strategic, macroscopical and global problems, so it easily leads to inferior quality, project out of controlling, investment out of controlling, and so on. In order to solve the above problems, the paper advanced to introduce the project controlling management mode to large-scale highway construction management system. So the paper researches the notions, tasks and methods of project controlling at first, and then analyzes how to apply it to large-scale highway construction engineering.In the mode of project controlling about large-scale highway construction engineering, the engineering's controlling, carried out by project controlling unites, is completed by collecting, analyzing and processing the information on construction engineering. However, the information on large-scale highway construction engineering is large, and hard to handle unless there is an effective decision support system. So the paper discusses the function, goal, framework, designed text and design methods, which could offer a theory basic for the opening of decision support system about large-scale highway construction project.The key technologies in decision support system are the technology named data base, date mine and on-line analysis. Whether use them or not decide the transit of traditional DSS to intelligent DSS and compositive DSS. So the paper researches the above technologies, deeply, to make certain the development direction of how to improve the function and efficiency of DSS.In a word, the innovation in the paper is introducing the project controlling management mode to large-scale highway construction management system and advancing and establishing the DSS on large-scale highway construction project, which is significative for the development of large-scale highway construction engineering management.
