The development of modern road put forward a more and more high request to the pavement. The road should have a more safety, economical, comfortable functions and use quality, not just only satisfied with the basic request. The safety function of pavement is the most important. And a good skid resistance can provide enough adhere between the pavement and the car wheel, and can reduce the hidden traffic accidents. The period of the highway is not long in our country, so there didn't have enough knowledge about the variety law of different roads. In fact, the skid-resistance always can satisfy the request after check, but it reduced quickly when were opened to traffic. So it is very necessary to research on the variety characteristic of pavement skid resistance.The pavement is a complicated system, and the most influencing factors of the skid resistance is indetermination, also the exterior conditions is dicey too. It can be said that the indetermination is the essence attribute of pavement. After much case research and academic analysis, and considering the indeterminate factors, we chose different category of cement concrete pavement and asphalt concrete pavement, then tested the Dynamic Friction coefficient and the Mean Profile Depth. According to the above test data, the thesis does analysis of the friction coefficient variety law under the influence such as speed and age, puts emphasis on the relationship of Dynamic friction and Mean Profile Depth; The research make use of Grey Theory on the cement concrete pavement and establish the skid resistance Grey Model.The paper has the reference meaning for pavement construction and advancing maintenance.
