Study On River System Repair Technology Of Super-micro Bubble

As the quick development of science and technology, the problem of water pollution becomes more and more serious. And at the 21st century that advocates harmonious development of human and nature, how to solve the problem of environment pollution, especially the water pollution, has become a focus of society and country. There are many methods of water repair, such as biology, ultrasonic and so on, but the effects of them are not conspicuous. Aiming at the problem, in this dissertation a new method of water repair is proposed: the super micro bubble water repair technology. The mechanism of this method is studied and the effect of this water repair is tested by experiments.The super micro bubble water repair technology is the most advanced international technology. The super micro bubble is the bubble that its diameter is less than 3 micron, which has different characteristic of physical and chemistry from the common bubble. Firstly, the bubble generation technology has been studied, and on this basis the mechanism of the super micro bubble water repair technology is discussed. The common bubble ascends in the water, but because of the dimension effect, the surface tension of super micro bubble is much less than the common bubble, which induces that the O₂ molecule easily integrated with the water molecule around the bubble. So it can descend in the water and brings the O₂ into the bottom mod, that effectly increases the dissolved O₂ in the water, consequently clears up the organic substance in the bottom mod and repairs the water at last.The dimension of bubble has important influence on the effect of water repair, based on the double film theory and the Henry law, the relation of diameter of bubble and dissolved oxygen is obtained. It is found that the smaller is the bubble, the better is the water repair.The key of the super micro bubble water repair technology is how to generate super micro bubble. Based on the study of super micro bubble generation system made in Japan, a new method to generate super micro bubble is proposed and its structure is designed. In this method the air and water is mixed firstly by the way of jet and the mixture of small bubbles and water flow is generated. Then the mixture flow transfluxes through the rotate magnetic field with a special structure. The bubble is incised into much more smaller bubbles in the magnetic field, and at the same time, the water is electrolysed, and a water flow with ions and smaller bubbles is formed. This water flow has self-purge function that can activate and strength the water. The super micro bubbles are released into the water as a result of bringing the oxygen into the water. And the water repair is achieved at last.Finally, experiments are done to test the effect of water repair by the super micro bubble generation system, and a great deal of date is obtained. The conclusion is gained by analyzing the data that the super micro bubble water repair technology can reduce the thickness of bottom mod, clear up the organic substance in the bottom mod effectively, increase the DO in the water, increase the water diaphaneity and can also restrain the growth of alga effectively, resume the zoology circle, and so on. The water repair is at achieved at last. So the super micro bubble water repair technology has much more superiority compared with other water repair methods.
