The demand for space probe design is stricter with the development of spaceflight technique. It presses for analysis of environment between satellite and launch vehicle increasingly. The more strict mechanics environment measurement is wanted.The main item of mechanics environment measurement is low frequency on the surface between satellite and launch vehicle. The precision and the lowest frequency of acceleration measurement are both very low at present going with the aberrance of low frequency measurement. So a high precision acceleration measurement system is wanted imminently. A good capability acceleration sensor and a high precision date gather are both wanted to make such system.MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical System, MEMS) technique provide a good ways to resolve low frequency acceleration measurement . Several micro acceleration sensors are intruded based on its principle.SMC(S-sensors, MC-model in the develop company) is a silicon micro Mechanical piezoresitive acceleration sensor based on the MEMS technique. Its precision and low frequency capability is validated on the sample.The well-rounded A/D technique makes easy of realization of high precision data gather. We put forward several ten-bit high precision data gathers schemes and choose one based on the characteristic of spaceflight product development.The high precision acceleration measurement system based on the SMC acceleration sensor and ten-bit high precision data gather can improve mechanics environment measurement quality in effect.
