Research On The Optimization Software In Engine Matching With Hydraulic Transmission Vehicle

The calculation of the engine matching with the hydraulic transmission and its optimized design is the premise of the hydraulic transmission vehicles development. Because the matching process involves many factors and is complex if calculated by hand. The research and development engine and hydraulic transmission matching computation and optimization software has the actual significance using computer rapid calculation merit.At first mathematical model of the power transmission system of hydrolytic driver vehicle are established in this paper. These models include engine model, hydraulic converter model, the hydraulic transmission model and so on. A computational method on cooperating points of the engine and the hydraulic converter is presented after analyzing the characteristics of the cooperating performance of the engine and the hydraulic converter. In this foundation, the computational method of the vehicles tractive characteristic is presented using the hydraulic transmission model. Secondly, the design of the matching software is used the VB language as the developing platform, including software construction of data, software contact surface and each main module programming and so on. Finally, the software confirmed with the one and another bulldozer of The Company is test feasibility.
