Study Of Unbalanced Regional Development Patterns And Spatial Distribution Of Expressway Network

The purpose of this paper is to combine theory of the development of unbalanced regional economic growth model, and put this theory and the development o models of regional transportation network and also conduct empirical studies. In reference to the domestic and regional mainstream economic theories, this paper trys to understand various regional economic growth modes, with integration of unbalanced regional development as areas for comparative analysis. By in depth research, observation to the objective laws of effective way for development, to explore non-balanced regional economic development mode. The further study of regional transport network development theory and comprehensive spatial coupling configuration suggests that a balanced regional development and regional transportation network expansion is a mode of "Shaft" and "network" styles.Meanwhile, taking Gansu Province as an example, the spirit of "Theory and Practice" in the work resolves several issues such as practical integrated transport network development, future demand contradictions handling, as well as explains how to use these two kinds of pattern of development according to the "point-axis progressive development, point to an interconnection and line up side "model of development , the spatial structure of constructing a " 5 Shafts with 3 Knots " as the main hub of net-based multi-regional balance can be applied to establish an open modern integrated transport network strategy, and comprehensive traffic integration framework. In Gansu Province Expressway System on the basis of the development environment, development trends and characteristics, and the development needs of the network on the basis of a reasonable size, the model should focus on Gansu Province expressway network layout, methods and specific steps. Analysis of the typical examples, with a view to non-balanced regional development in the area to build a regional highway network and integrated transport network hopefully can provide the others with some thoughts and information.
