With the increasing of people's living standard,more and more families have private cars,cars have become the necessary traffic tools in the modern life.Automotive safety is becoming more and more cause the attention of the society and car manufacturers.And since the birth of the first car,the car accident has become a important topic for the attention of people's lives.When the car is becoming more and more superior performance,faster and faster,at the same time,the risk of traffic accidents is becoming more and more high,the traffic accident death rate is becoming more and more big.In order to guarantee the safety of the vehicle occupants and automobile safety design has become a important issue in today's automobile manufacturing enterprises in the design process,occupant safety protection ability more and more high,the proportion of safety system in the vehicle cost more and more is also high.Under the rapid development in recent years,from the vehicle collision design to the design of key parts,are closely related to automotive safety,and are conducted on the basis of the safety design.This article through to the laws and regulations standard and digest of the existing literature,and analysis based on the principle of the current mainstream products,grope pre tensioning type belt in the car in the occupant protection system performance requirements.By means of the simulation analysis software simulation,exploring in the process of product design,the various parameters on the effect of pre tension function,and using the simulation analysis result as the guidance,defining the product design requirements and make the test program.Through the analysis of the data from the real vehicle collision,contrast the dummy's head,neck,chest,thigh,calf,acceleration and stress situation and the situation of the simulation output.Combining the evaluation criterion of the CNCAP,calculate the various parts of the dummy injury index,analysis of sliding table waveform,tighten the starting time and tension effect time of pre tension distance.Sort out effective and reasonable interval of each para-meter and provide theoretical basis for subsequent product development.In automobile industry in developed countries,due to earlier engaged in automotive safety research,car seat belts pre tensioning technology has been widely applied to the actual production.But domestic research is still in its infancy,the concept of product design still need a lot of test.Simulation and real vehicle test effective integration,independent research and development of automotive pre tensioning belt played a positive role in promoting.
