The phenomenon of multi-filed coupling widely exists in the nature. Coupled field system appears once more than two fields exist and they exchange their energe in the system. There are many kinds of multi-field coupled systems including many subjects such as mechanical, eletrical, fluent, thermal and so on in the course of modern mechanic-electronical products development. They can not be ignored because they always decide the product capability directly. It is important to discuss the methods and techniques to solve the general problem and improve our mechanic-electronical products design quality.Firstly, this paper discuss the complicated relationship between coupled fields and puts forward the expression of the system based on it. The general characteristic of the system is summarized correspondently.Secondly, aiming at the general characteristic of coupled multi-filed system and basing on the idea of single-field solver coupling, this paper discusses the techniques of distributed integrative design through sequential iteration of Fenite element analysis solver on the integrative end after sloving every single field using FEA solver respectively on the child end. From the point of engineering application , this paper solves the problems of fields coupling and data exchange seamlessly founded on the critical techniques of realtime geometry modeling, nodes force mapping, simulation process integration and driving .Finally, this paper studies on the electrical-structural coupled system of reeds group fixed in the electromagnetic realy during dnamic-disconnection course. Dynamic mechanical characteristic of relay is acquired thereby.
