Research On Construction Method And Quality Control Of Underwater Bored Pile

As a kind of deep foundation, Bored piles have been used and developed widely in the world, because of strong applicability, small influence for contiguous structure, strong aseismatic capability, little construction noise, no vibration, simple facility, convenient manipulation and construction safety etc. Though it has possessed a set of better technique, many accidents of project have still been taking place continuosly, because bored piles are constructed underground and underwater. Therefor, construction method of bored piles is investigated necessarily.Firstly, this paper investigates deeply the key construction factors which affect the load-bearing capacity of bored piles. Construction method of bored piles is investigated based on practical projects and quality control system is put forward. In view of the quality accident reason of piles construction, some measures are also put forward. Secondly, function and performance of slurry are investigated via experimentation of slurry and mix ratio of common slurry and advanced slurry is put forward. Thirdly, facture of the buried steel tube and detect method of tube center is provided. At last, on the basis of the Chongyang reservoir bridge practice, the methods for disposing of construction method and engineering accident are given and summarized, Which would be the useful enlightenment for the construction method and the accident disposition of bored piles.Construction of bored piles is a sensitive technics comparatively, every working procedure must be operated strictly, every carelessness will bring construction and quality accident possibly. Researching the construction method of bored piles, can instruct the construction better, accelerates the construction process, decreases the quality accident, ensures the quality safety, improves the social and economic efficient, has important significance of theory instruction and practical application values to the practical projects.
