Research On Design And Construction Technology Of Bored Pile For Highway Bridge

With the rapid development of highway bridge construction,bored pile foundation has been widely used in the field of highway bridge construction because of its high bearing capacity,strong adaptability and strong seismic resistance.During the construction of cast-in-place bored pile in the field,it is necessary to discharge the soil from the pile hole to the ground,remove the sediment in the hole,install and place the reinforcement cage,pour concrete and other construction processes.The whole project construction is relatively complex,and belongs to a kind of concealed project,with greater risk.In the actual construction process,if the construction personnel operate improperly,it is easy to cause quality problems such as hole collapse,pipe sticking,pile breaking,etc.,which affect the bearing capacity of the pile and the integrity of the pile body,so that the project has a large potential safety hazard.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth study on the construction methods and quality control points of bored pile in order to avoid construction quality problems.The main research contents are as follows:(1)According to the different methods of pile construction,the paper classifies the pile foundation by referring to the relevant documents at home and abroad,introduces the current research status and future development trend of bored pile foundation construction in detail,and provides important guiding significance and reference value for similar practical projects in the future;(2)The design method of pile foundation under vertical axial load is summarized,and the design method of bored pile is studied.According to the research,the design method can provide theoretical basis for the foundation design of the reconstruction project of Changchun east bridge;(3)the specific construction process of the bored pile is discussed,and the construction technology and method are explained in detail.Secondly,in order to study the construction technology and quality control measures of the bored pile more deeply,the key points of the quality control of the pile and the pile foundation detection method are put forward;(4)Combined with engineering examples,the foundation design and support design of bored pile are carried out,and the construction scheme of pile forming by rotary drilling rig is selected for construction.According to the actual situation of the construction site,this paper discusses the construction technology,construction key points and pile foundation quality inspection of the rotary excavation bored pile,and comprehensively expounds the quality control key points in the construction process of the rotary excavation bored pile and the problems needing attention in the construction,which provides important guiding significance and reference value for similar practicalprojects in the future.
