Mass customization has become an important manufacture mode in information times, and the technology of product structure customization is a key method for realizing Mass Customization. Taking part in some items in corporation,the author exceed the key technique of product structure customization for optimizing performance. This paper researched more weightily in product's module partition, the resolvent for part's property based on reatrain and correlative, the simulation of product's virtual prototype based on act module, the performance estimate of customization product based on satisfaction of client, change and optimize of product based on re-configure.Link to the need of item, author empoldered a system for product's structure customizaton and optimization.In the first chapter, the paper introduces the customization information of product's structure design. Expounded the product's configure method based on reatrain and correlative; introduced the related technology of module divide and module combination in modular design,and their effect on product design; analysed the related technology about simulation of product structure and it's optimization; analysed the application of virtual prototype in auto design nowdays. Finally, the author points out the paper's research content and structure.In the second chapter, after expounding the client's require influence to product's structure customization, mapped the influence items to product's module divide. According to the joint relation of parts, a series of functional mechanisms were divided from the product firstly, and the associated matrix was found between mechanisms based on the influence items of customization lastly. The module was aggregated by intercept matrix, then validated and optimized by estimate matrix. Finally, an example of straight buttonhole machine was provided to illustrate the availability of the proposed approach,also,we divided the Vehicle-Bridge and armor plate -rubber using this method.In the third chapter, based on the method of module divide, separated the configure module of Vehicle-Bridge, and picked-up the combine regulation of Vehicle-Bridge for client's requirement, then builded the Vehicle-Bridge's customization structure according client's requirement. Defining the porperty to the Vehicle-Bridge structure's parts, then set up the relationship among the part's porperty. Using the client's importment, enchiridion's information and design experience, along with efficient grabble arithmetic, we can get the Vehicle-Bridge part's porperty value quickly.In the forth chapter, in order to change and optimize the product structure,we divided the product structure to some movement machine. We analysed the client's satisfaction to the product structure'emluator result depend on client's requirement. When it not satisfied to che client, two resolvents was put out, we can change the emluator parameter or functional parts. Set Vehicle-Bridge for an example, we give out the flow of product structure's optimization and re-configure when the product's performance that simulated can't satisfied the client's require.A system was developed for product's structure customization for performance optimize.This system include the module of create the product's functional structure, the module of calculate the part's property value and the module of structure change and modular re-configure that based on simulation feedback. Finally, set Vehicle-Bridge for example, the feasibility of this system was testified.In the last chapter, summarizes the contents and the achievements of this paper, then pointed out the further research direction.
