Research On The Computer Aid Testing System Of Dropping Test-bed

With the development of the merchandise economy ,the circulation of goods is more often .How to protect the goods on the transport becomes an valuable question. Usually, we do the experiment on the packaged goods at the lab to get the character of them in detail ,such as the fragility. This paper just discuss the cushion package testing way which is used mostly in China .Traditional dropping test-bed is the kind of machine to test the capability of packed products. Putting the tested sample on the salver which is been measured ,let it fall down to shock on the cushion put on the ground then get the max acceleration during the striking. Repeat the procession until the products are damaged .This paper discuss the method to rebuild the dropping test-bed with computer aid system. By giving the complete design of hardware ,such as acceleration sensor ,date collection card ,we can have the accurate measure .And we also design the software system to process the date .Two kinds of filters are design to compare with the traditional way of date process only through the mathematic way.What has been done in the work is as follow :1)Base on the dropping test-bed and striking test-bed,the frame of Compute Aid Testing system is designed for transport packing, the blue print of the rebuilding has also been put forward.2)Discussing the method on how to process the original date .It has been proved that the classical filter is the best one for the process of raw date.3)Give a detailed instruction on bi-linearity transforming of IIR and design the flow to realize it.
