The high-rise building with transfer storey is a kind of unusual and complicated structure form, its salient characteristic is that distribution of the lateral components along vertical direction is not continuous, and the vertical stiffness is not uniform. It is easy to form a weak layer in the structure under the action of a strong earthquake, it is a kind of structure form which is unfavorable to the seism resistance and should be used carefully in the high earthquake intensity area, so attention should be paid to process, when taking the rational measures to ensure the earthquake resistant security of the structure design. Because of the exist of steel, members have profound high strength,rigidity.So,it not only could reduce the section seize of members,but also could have good of stringiness.Thinking of the diffculty of the design on transferring structure,and the superior structure function of steel reinforced struction,put the steel reinforced concrete in to the transferring structure could use the merit of steel reinforced concrete to overcome the difficulty in transferring structure design,specially in seismic action.This paper on the basis of the study of a 31-story column-bearing transfer beam building and a 31-story wall-bearing transfer beam building. The transfer beams and supporting columns are designed in forms of RC and SRC structures respectively.And research the chang of anti-seismic behavior when undertake earthquake load.By adopting the finite-element analysis program-Sap2000,we calculated and analyzed the anti-seismic behavior .With the shaped steel ratio for parameter, research different structure at 8 degrees often meet and rare meet the earthquake dint function .resarch the flap the type, layer move, layer move the Cape,the horizontal shear distribution,monent, get the conclusion that the SRC girder transfer floor is better than of RC one. And get reasonable steel rate scope of the transfer beam and supporting column, The textual research contents have the certain reference value to the transferring structure for steel reinforced concrete beams.
