It’s unfavorable of the High-rise building with transfer story to anti-seismic for theuncontinuous of the vertical force transmission component,the mutation of verticalstiffness occurred in transfer story,as well as the mutation of displacement and internalforce produced between the upper layer and the lower in transfer story.There’s a verticalforce transmission relationship between the upper shear wall and transfer beam ofbeam-transfer story,also has a strong co-relationship.Meantime the section dimensionand the load of the transfer beam are relatively larger and the stress state is complex,sothe stress performance of transfer member is not only affected by the stiffness of thecomponent which connect with them,but also has a close relationship with the structurearrangement.The change of the stiffness of the structure member around transferposition also has an influence of the transfer beam stress.Therefore,it is necessary toestablish a reasonable calculation model combining engineering examples and to studythe influence of the stiffness of shear wall in different parts of the structure on seismicperformance of structure and stress performance of transfer story.Firstly,this paper reviews the forms,categories,functions,development status andthe theory of anti-seismic analysis of the high-rise building with transfer story and givesa detailed account of the stress mechanism and the calculation method of beam-transferstructure.And then,establishs the whole structure model by using the finite elementsoftware ETABS based on engineering example,Analyses the effect of the contributionof the stiffness of shear wall in different parts of the structure to the total stiffness andtorsional stiffness;by adjusting the structural arrangement,analyses the influence of thestiffness distribution on the seismic performance and the stress performance of transfer member;analyses the effect on the stress performance of transfer member by changingthe stiffness of shear wall around transfer position when the transfer member in differentfloor.The analysis of calculation results show that the stiffness of shear wall in differentparts of the structure has different influence on reduce the torsional effect,increases thestiffness of shear wall in the periphery of the structure has favorable to torsionalproperties,when the asymmetric increases the stiffness of shear wall in the central of thestructure,may make the structural torsion effect increases because of the increases of theeccentricity ratio;change the stiffness of shear wall around transfer position have greatinfluence on the stress performance of transder beam,change the stiffness of shear wallcloser to the transfer position,the larger effect on the stress performance of transderbeam;Weaken the stiffness of shear wall around transfer position,the higher position ofthe transfer layer,the internal force of transfer beam and frame column add more.whenthe transfer layer located on second-floor and below,change the stiffness of shear wallaround transfer position have little influence on the stress performance of framecolumn,when the transfer layer located on third-floor and above,change the stiffness ofshear wall around transfer position have great influence on the stress performance offrame column,and this effect increases with increasing the height of the transfer story.In this paper,the research provides significant reference for the design ofapplication of high-rise building with beam-transfer story.
