As the rapid development of economy and improvement of Living standards, Building Energy gradually becomes the important aspect of the energy consumption in Shenzhen .This paper would do the research about Building Energy Conservation (BEC) in Shenzhen from these three aspects, the whole situation of BEC, the focus conservation energy fields and the measures to ensuring BEC. Finally the program how to improve the BEC in Shenzhen would be given. On the base of the analysis about the Building Energy consumption, the progress and potential of BEC, the paper will illuminate the direction and the objective of BEC in Shenzhen.According to the analysis of the energy consumption of air-conditioning & refrigeration, I try to find the better Envelope-Insulation and Shade Measures from the factors of technology and economy which achieve the best natural ventilation of building so that the consumption of air conditioning could be reduced. After analyzing the situation of Building Lighting in Shenzhen, the measure of reducing the lighting consumption through natural lighting and the controlling of lighting from the choose of light fixtures will be suggested. From comparing the comprehensive performance of water heaters and the clime of Shenzhen, the advantage of using solar water heater could be apparent. So pointing the conception of integration between solar water heater and building, and suggesting the using Heat Pump Water Heaters will subtract the consumption of water heating energy.Through the situation of BEC in Shenzhen, the safeguard measures to BEC should include the perfecting technical standards, building sound administrative supervision and implementing incentive policy.
