China's annual housing construction accounted for the bulk of new construction area, up from current energy-saving implementation of hot summer and cold winterthe zone in Sichuan, focusing only on the technology program selection in architectural design phase of new building, and more to meet the requirements of the main indicators ; the technical scheme for the transformation of the existing residential building energy efficiency, as well as the assessment to the effect of existing residential building energy saving , there is no effective and easy method to implement. In this paper, the author take a more systematic analysis of energy saving in residential major factor in the envelope components of energy-saving features of its materials, structural design, process, technology, such as the extent to do in-depth studies, and in accordance with existing norms and regional climate characteristics of Sichuan, put forward a set of comprehensive evaluation method that can technique, economy, society, environment factor knot put together. On this basis, by using this method in the case of a typical energy-saving technological transformation program, we ultimately get the technical program which has the better comprehensive performance.
