With the scale and technology complexity of construction projects increasing, it is obviously that all types of risk emerging, more and more the relationships are very complicated, the risks faced by the project has become a matter of concern.This paper is around the Qingdao Olympic sailing center project, start from the theory of project risk management. First of all, analyse the risk and the construction projects risk's concept and characteristics, as well as the construction projects risk management content, procedures and objectives. Secondly, introduced several commonly used methods of risk identification, through risk identification, constructed the Olympic Sailing Center risk evaluation system; Again, introduced the main risk analysis and evaluation techniques. The Olympic Sailing Center Project was evaluated base on the Analytic Hierarchy Process. By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process calculate risk factors degree, divide the risk classification, and then use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method assess the risk level of the total project; Finally, in accordance with the risk management objectives and principles , based on the scientific risk identification and risk analysis ,choose the risk measures reasonably, enacted the Olympic Sailing Center main risk factors of response programs ,to reduce or avoid the risk of loss from happening.
