Along with the development of maritime transportation of China, to protect lives as well as property, setting fast and accurate marine searching methods is the primary problem. In that case, this paper, starting from setting Drift Model for Ship out of Control at Sea provides theoretical basis for maritime search and rescue policy.The influential factors of drift movement extend to many areas. The main factors are wind and current. The Vectorgraph method is put all the influential factors into vector graph. It is one of the widest and most convenient ways of searching and rescuing. This paper, based on ship equation as well as hydrodynamics of ship and surroundings, taking current and wind into consideration, setting ship drift model, realizes track simulation, and finally identifies searching areas.Considering the effects of wind and current sufficiently, this paper mainly analyzes wind current Ekman model and Proposes Regularization of the model. By this method the wind current can be improved a lot. Trying to standardize the indicators, the maritime searching and rescuing area can be more accurate.The paper also provides the weight of wind speed information for inputting the date. At last we can design the software of drift model. The research product of this paper provides an important referential model for perfecting maritime search and rescue decision system. It puts original paper-human counting into computer field. In that case, it may improve efficiency and scientific in maritime search and rescue decision. Further more, it will accurate the rate of improvement in strength of maritime search and rescue in our country.
