With the continuous advancement of China's maritime Silk Road strategy,China's foreign trade will usher in a golden period of development.Maritime transport plays an increasingly important role in China's future economic trade.Improving the safety of maritime transport will also become The pressing issue that must be faced.In the current complex background of safeguarding national maritime rights and interests,whether or not effective rescue of a shipwreck accident not only represents the image and status of a country in the international arena,but also reflects the ability of a country to defend its sovereignty over the territorial sea.Therefore,the rescue of shipwrecks during maritime transport has become an urgent need for safeguarding people's lives and property and safeguarding China's maritime rights and interests.It is of great practieal signifieance to carry out research on shipwreck programs for wrecked ships at sea.The maritime search and rescue has a wide range,the target location is uncertain,and the survival time of the search target is limited,which determines the complexity of the search and rescue program.This paper studies the search and rescue mode of rescue ships and rescue helicopters in maritime search and rescue at home and abroad.Based on the analysis of China's maritime rescue organization system and emergency response capability construction,this paper discusses the application status of maritime search and rescue information system,sea rescue method,sea and air coordination three-dimensional Search and rescue technical points,as well as the main process of maritime search and rescue,etc.,taking into account the impact of the sea temperature on the rescue time and the probability of the helicopter's discovery on the sea.Aiming at the problem of sea-air collaborative search and rescue for rescue ships and rescue helicopters,an optimization model with the highest probability of finding the target and the shortest search time was established.The ease study of the South China Sea as the location of the shipwreck was carried out,and the simulated annealing algorithm was used to improve the solution.Get better results.The results show that when the search and rescue vessel rushes from 100 n mile to 56.5 n mile long and 40 n mile wide in the suspected target sea area,the probability of finding the target is 81.11%,the helicopter can complete the search with 11.1 hours.The comparison of the algorithm shows that the optimization model and calculation method established in this paper can better solve the optimization problem of sea-air collaborative search and rescue.The research results in this paper can provide technical support for the scientific formulation of marine rescue programs in China.
