Design Of Collimator In Static Goniometric Field

Static goniometric field is used for measuring the static testing angle precision of electro-optical measure equipment. This paper is as part of the static goniometric system. Accounting for the static goniometric field general requirement, we design a collimator which is for simulating the infinite target.This paper introduces the overall project, analyses the parameters at the request of the collimator, then determine the parameters of the collimator. We choose anamorphic Cassegrain system as the basic form, calculate the original configuration parameters, and then design the optical system with ZEMAX, analyses the imaging quality and tolerance, at last, analyses the error of the total system.As the collimator designed in this paper, focus is 1000mm, valid aperture is 100mm, the collimation degree less than 4", total precision analysis about the system is 6.65".
