Reacher On WSN (Wireless Sensor Network)-Based Telemedicine System

With the development of computer and communication technology, the telemedicine system developed very rapidly. But most existing applications in this field are still based on long-cable and cannot meet the advanced medical treatment. Meanwhile, the individual health status is becoming more focused by the society. It's very necessary and urgent to develop a wireless-based telemedicine system.Therefore, wireless sensor network technology is researched in this article, and introduced to telemedicine application:(1) A ZigBee and TCP/IP-based telemedicine system is designed.(2) AVR-based multi-parameter acquisition terminal is developed.(3) A ZigBee network is built for the parameter transition.(4) AVR-based transition gateway for ZigBee-TCP/IP protocol bridging is developed. (5) Telemedicine remote server monitor software is developed based on virtual instrument LabVIEW.
