| Space deployable mechanism has been used widely with the development of astronautics; the study on space deployable mechanism has also become a hot topic. This paper mainly discusses the dynamic analysis of spaceborne deployable mechanism based on ADAMS, which provides useful reference to study space deployable mechanism more deeply. At first part of the thesis, the spaceborne deployable mechanism is introduced, and then the ADAMS's multibody dynamics fundamental theories are discussed. Rigid multibody dynamic model of 3-meter antenna is established in ADAMS, and the dynamic characteristic of the model is obtained. The antenna can deploy successful but the stabilization is not well. Then the flexible multibody dynamic model is established considering the flexible of the ring and rib in antenna. Finally a more complex deploying process ---the asymmetry deploying process is necessary investigated. The flexible of the ring and rib in antenna and the asymmetry deploying process both have some effect to the deploying process of antenna. A smaller model in strict scale is established including the antenna, the mast, and the solar panels and in the simulation, the flexible of the mast and solar panel is also discussed. At last the finite element analysis model of the 3-meter antenna in constriction state is established using ANSYS, and the natural characteristic of the model is obtained.Through the dynamic analysis of the spaceborne deployable mechanism, it is validated the feasibility of the antenna structures and the problems needed to solve. This work can give reference for the design and research of the deployable mechanism. |
