Small satellites have the advantages of short development cycle,low cost,small size,and light weight.Therefore,research on small satellites has become a new trend in satellite technology in the world.At the same time,the solid surface antenna has high accuracy,large gain,and good antenna performance.In order to expand the application of small satellites,it is necessary to design a solid surface deployable parabolic antenna structure that can be installed on small satellites.It requires less space during the launch phase while it can be deployed into large shape at the beginning of the work phase.The thesis firstly designs a torsion spring-driven solid-surface deployable parabolic structure,and elaborates the overall design of the deployable structure,the design of the drive,the components and the connection device.The geometric design parameters of each model are discussed in detail.Efforts can be made to show the effect of structural storage.Then metal processing and 3D printing are used to create a prototype.Secondly,the modal analysis of the unfolding state of the model is performed by using the cable replacement analysis method,and the simulation results of the model with or without connection device were compared,and the influence of the connection device on the overall stiffness was analyzed.Thirdly,the ADAMS software is used to analyze the unfolding process of the solid deployable parabolic structure in detail and compared with the ground test structure.Then,the unfolding process of the deployable structure under the condition of weightlessness and integrated with the satellite was analyzed.The key reference point dynamics parameters are given to help optimize the design.Finally,by setting the failure node,the reliability of the deployable structure is verified.
