Water resource logical allocation has signality in guaranteeing social economic continuance development and stabilization at nowadays epoch that water resource problems increasingly extrusive. It is scientific, availability and necessary technique means to utilize water resource allocation simulation model studying water resource allocation. Meantime, the point of view in advance and practical were adopted discussing detail about each model principle, solution method and network model based on operational research. This research production put a new way for scientific and rational water resource allocation study in city.Application research was made with simulation model. Research productions applied practically in Shenzhen city, using Mikebasin which based on GIS as universal software tools establish water resource network system and setup stream times series model, combined reservoirs model and multi-source dispatching model and simulation model reliability was validated using practical date. Analyse about water resource Supply and demand were made, the conclusion about water resource quantity distribute in 2010,2020 is reasonable.This is the first, systemic and overall analysis research for water resource allocation simulation model and application research. Overseas up to the minute specialty model technique was applied.
