Fibers with different sort, dimension and Young's module have both advantages and disadvantages. So fibers with different sort and dimension should be used to integrated enhance performance of concrete. For fibers of different property and characteristic are used in concrete, performance of all kinds of fibers is put into use completely, functions of holding back crack and strengthening of concrete are achieved at different arrangement in property and under load grade by grade. Comprehensive properties improvements of concrete were achieved and high strength high volume and hybrid fiber concrete was made to be adapted to the needs of protective engineering.In this paper, research contents and achievements were introduced as follows: First, the raw materials optimization and adaptability experiment were carried out, the mixture ratio of basal concrete hybrid fiber concrete was confirmed. Second, hybrid technique of steel fiber and construction process were researched successfully, which was how to mix high content hybrid fiber concrete adopted common construction process. Third, the properties of mechanics of high strength and high content hybrid fiber concrete were tested and researched, the static and dynamic property parameters were gained. Fourth, reinforcement effect of hybrid fiber of different arrangement in property and content to concrete was researched, and its mechanism was analyzed. Fifth, all around stress-stain curves of different dimension and content high strength and high content hybrid fiber concrete were researched, hybrid fiber's effects to the compressed mechanical property and the damaged mode were analyzed. Sixth, properties of against burst were researched of different sort, dimension and content high strength and high content hybrid fiber concrete, and hybrid fiber's effects to property against burst of high strength were analyzed systematically.
