BEIJING SOUTH STATION, is the largest railway terminal under construction in China by now, and the track lines are introduced on the track level of the structure. It's the first time to design a railway terminal structure must consider of the influence of the vibration aroused by train operation, so it's necessary to analyze the vibration effect of special load cases, such as train operation, E&M services and walking people. The coupling vibration effect of the combination of these load cases should also be analyzed. The result of the dynamic response of the structure is very important to evaluate the safety of the whole structure. This article integrates the design of BEIJING SOUTH STATION structure. First, a 3D finite-element model of steel structure of waiting hall can be adopted by using structure analysis program ANSYS. Then, such analysis should be done: the static response analysis of dead load and live load, the dynamic response analysis of walking people, E&M services, and train operation, the coupling vibration effect of combination of E&M services and train operation. Finally, to obtain the thorough understanding of the safety of the overall behaviour.
