| With the development of transportation and mining industry, more and more shafts of large diameter and great depth will be built in the recent years. Although a lot of new and advanced mechanical equipments are produced and applied, but the construction of large shaft is a systematic project, the research of the relationship and connection of processes in the construction is the main way to promote the construction and enhance economic benefits. As a result, on the analysis of the features of different processes and the relations among them, the optimization model could be established, which may furnish references for similar project constructions.Based on the second shaft project of Zhongnanshan tunnel in Qing Mountain, this paper concludes a set of construction method, which could be applied in deep shaft with great diameter, and some main construction technologies are thoroughly discussed. Then optimization methods on the major processes are studied, some examples were calculated to demonstrate the optimization effect of the method.From the angle of whole project, Combined with the time and personnel amount, the benefits caused by shortening the construction period was considered in the optimization model, the optimal scheme was studied.Lastly, the optimal selection of the assisted processes are summarized and researched according to the on site survey. |
