Research And Application Of Construction Technology Of Large Diameterand Super Deep Rock-socketed Bored Pile

With the development of traffic systems,traffic is growing,the original city road system is difficult to meet the requirements of urban traffic,urban road traffic congestion phenomenon appears more and more obvious,and the application of the city viaduct can well solve the traffic problem.With the growth requirements of the viaduct,theapplicationoflarge diameterandsuper-deep boredpile isalso increased.In this paper,it'sstudy on holing,wall protecting,detection technique and breaking technology ofoverfilled concreteof large diameter andsuper deep bored pile in the complex geological conditions.By using auger drill and percussion drill combines into the hole,using high flocculation slurry protects wall,using mud separator separatesmud,whichimprove the drilling efficiency and mud recycling rate,save time and cost,guarantee quality to meet the needs of engineering,and the economic benefit is improved.Inviewofthe lack of sound wave detector whenitdetectsshape and verticality,the patent technology of the detection device of the hole in the pile hole is used,solve the above problems,provide using simple and adapt to a variety of environmental conditions and accurate detection of large dimensionpile,rectify the deviation phenomenon of piling machine in time,avoidthe quality problemthat the aperture is not enough.Iteffectively guarantees the operation efficiency and quality of the engineering unit.Easy striping pile head technology has been successfully applied in this project,in the conventional construction method,the partial reinforcement in the pile head is solidified with the concrete.When get rid of pile head,the reinforcement will cause damage or deformation,resulting in the problem of quality accident.Compared with the traditional method,its ergonomics has a considerable improvement,At the same time,it will reduce the investment in personnel,equipment,andthe construction cost;more importantly,protect the ecological environment,and ensure the health of workers.
