Theoretical And Experimental Research Of Horizontal Rotary Jet Grouting Technology

Horizontal rotary jet grouting is a new type technologies of rock and soil reinforcement in recent years, It is developed from the vertical jet grouting. It can be used on projects that construction or special treatment in the main underground railway, tunnels, mine, the air defense project, the foundation reinforcement, rock anchoring. Horizontal rotary jet grouting is grouting from the nozzle on the end of level-shaped hole, the hole is in the formation of horizontal drilling or with small angles tilt. The jet-grouted solid concreted by horizontal rotary jet grouting, that can strengthen the stiffness of building, and support the top soil, and formed a certain impermeable lining, it has broad prospects for application.The paper is on the basis of the large number of previous research results, including mechanism of the high pressure jet grouting, classification structure, influencing factors, basic physical and mechanical properties of the horizontal solidification, applying theory analysis, the field experiment and other research methods, making a in-depth research on mechanism of the horizontal rotary jet grouting and technical factors. The principal contents in paper is:(1) Analysis of the property of high-pressure jet stream, conclusion and calculation on the impact of various parameters of high-pressure jet stream.(2) Analysis of mechanism of the tunnel horizontal rotary jet grouting pre-reinforcement technology, and the effect factors of the tunnel horizontal rotary jet grouting pre-reinforcement technology.(3) With the field experiment, analysis of the basic physical and mechanical properties of the jet-grouted solid and the factors of it, test on the actual results of the tunnel horizontal rotary jet grouting pre-reinforcement technology.(4) Through the experiment, summarized technical analysis,design and working parameter,process,inspection procedure,frequently problem of horizontal rotary jet grouting technologies In this paper, it summed up the main effect factors of the horizontal rotary jet grouting technology with field experiments, theoretical studies and other methods, There are some reference value of promoting further research of the technology.
