Partially cable-stayed bridge (short pylon cable-stayed bridge) has been considered as a new type of structure in recent years, which is characteristic of the concentrative layout of short pylons, rigid beams and cables. As for structural properties, partially cable-stayed bridge is between continuous girder bridges and cable-stayed bridges.This paper takes the SanJiaoGang Bridge in ShengSi County as a real engineering project, which is a prestressed concrete partition cable-stayed bridge and being constructed now. According to peripheral terrain landform condition, the preliminary determination span is appropriate by 160-220 meters. The paper reveals the same and different points in structure of continuous rigid frame bridge, cable-stayed bridge and partially cable-stayed bridge. In the final, partially cable-stayed bridge with three towers becomes recommended scheme.We conduct the details design and reseach according to the given types of bridges. On the base of this, the finite element method is adopted to discrete it. The variable cross-section beam element is used to discrete the main girder. The truss element and the beam element are respectively used to simulate the tensile cable and the main tower, the thin abutment. The finite element model is constructed of the bridge. Then the finite element program is used to make the static, the dynamic and the stability analysis and to check the state of the bridge. The result shows that the stress, the vibration performance and anti-wind of the beam, tower and cable in construction and operation meet the requirmentsFinally it researches and analysis the influence factor of reinforced concrete in coastal areas, obtains countermeasure of SanJiaoGang Bridge in the durable aspect, and draws conclusion and the suggestion, puts forward suggestions for ready references.
