Study On Application Of Asphalt-Rubber In The Composite Pavement

Asphalt rubber (AR) is "the binder which the asphalt, the recycling tire rubber and certain chemical additive mixes becomes, the rubber ingredient account for at least 15 percent of total quantity, and the rubber pellet melts to the hot asphalt", it has the high elastic performance and the low stiffness.International, the rubber asphalt has already been applying to prevent reflection crack and the thin layer surface coating. This material and the technology is being used in the cement concrete-bituminous pavement's Composite Pavement, which can solve the prombles that produces the level to slip causing the material difference which is because that this kind of composite construction unified the rigidity, the flexibility two kind of pavement structures form.Moreover ,It also can effectively prevent the reflection crack.In the paper, through the experimental study, the theoretical analysis and the test road research, it prepared AR-AC-13 and AR-OGFC.It has studied the physical mechanics function of the rubber asphalt mixture and SAMI through the experimental study. The main achievement includes: the corresponding design of rubber asphalt mixture (the composition of rubber asphalt, the grade of aggregate,asphalt aggregate ratio); It had conducted the experimental study to the rubber asphalt mixtyre physical mechanics performance, which indicated that the rubber asphalt mixture is beneficialto the high or low temperature performance of the road and the rubber asphalt which has good elasticity and the elastic recoverable could enhance operational performance of rubber asphalt Pavement;It had studied the degree and regulation of affected the rubber asphalt stress absorption level performance each factor each factor which influences SAMI function ;It had Analyzed composition structure of the asphalt-rubber's Composite Pavement;It Had verified a series of merit and shortcoming of the asphalt-rubber's Composite Pavement through test road;Moreover, it has studied the construction method of asphalt-rubber's Composite Pavement;At last,this paper analyzed the economy and society'merits of the asphalt-rubber's Composite Pavement material.
