It uses asphalt rubber binder and traditional Asphalt graded gravel mixture formed by mixing. In this paper, through experimental research and theoretical analysis, prepared and rubber modified asphalt mixture and its physical and mechanical properties were studied. The main results:it has analyzed the rubber asphalt modified mechanism and used the orthogonal experiment design method. through the test, we have obtained the influence rubber modified asphalt technical specification primary factor, for instance the penetration, the penetration index, the equivalent softening point, the equivalent crisp spot, the softening point, the viscosity, the ductility, the elasticity restore and so on, it determine the optimal mixing time, mixing temperature, the powder content, powder mesh. Has prepared RSMA, found the influence rubber modified bituminous mixture percentage of voids through the orthogonal experiment the major effect factor, gives the gradation scope, the determination preferred plan;on the rubber modified asphalt concrete of the physical and mechanical properties were studied, results showed that rubber modified asphalt concrete has a good high, low temperature performance; study of rubber modified asphalt pavement construction technology; RSMA of rubber modified asphalt pavement to carry out economic analysis and comparison.Main innovation spot: The rubber modified asphalt application in SMA, improved for the first time the ordinary asphalt concrete module high, the brittle big shortcoming; Enhances the rubber concrete greatly the high temperature performance, simultaneously reduced the material cost, was protects the environment to make the contribution.
