| Waste generation is an effective way to improve city waste management and environmental protection. From 1996, better situation for waste generation had been built with a series of favourable policies for waste generation printed by nation. The thesis introduced current status and development of waste management and waste power plant in our country. The effect to waste power plant by different management system and inner and external environmental effected from product, organizing construction, equipment and cost price was analyzed. Based on the above analysis, the faced problems for corporation development was confirmed by SWOT matrix and it was proved that incorporate management system (IMS) was the important way to development for waste power plant. The concrete implement scheme was expatiated from each product sides. At the end, the attentions and important approaches were discussed in the implement of corporation incorporate management system (IMS).
