The Research On Risk Management Of BOT Project Of Longyan City Solid Waste Incineration Power Plant

In this paper,we can see the significance of topic selection and related research trends by introduction in Chapter One.Then in the next chapter,it brings us the review of relevant theories.Subsequently,it presents the key part of the whole paper,which is the research on risk management of BOT project of Longyan City solid waste incineration power plant,where the combination of both qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis method is used.Next,it put forward the optimization suggestions in view of the short comings during the risk management of BOT project of Longyan City solid waste incineration power plant.Finally,the conclusion and deficiency of the paper are summarized,and the further research direction is pointed out.As the key part of the paper,the research on risk management of BOT project of Longyan City solid waste incineration power plant is concluded of four steps,according to the four stages of risk management theory.Firstly,case analysis method is used to identify the key points of project risk.Secondly,the distribution of weightiness about every key point is determined by expert evaluation method,and checked by means of consistency.Then,based on analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy mathematics method,we draw the conclusion that the risk can be accepted totally.Thirdly,it is analyzed project risk responding,especially the highest weight of risk,through the actual operation of the project constructor.Lastly,the author expounds the application of the earned value analysis method in the risk supervision process.There is distinct advantage in BOT project of solid waste incineration power plant.These kinds of projects would be paid much more and abroad recognition.The research on risk management of BOT project of solid waste incineration power plant is full of practical significance and reference value,while it is also a process of continuous research and study which needs to be deepened and expanded.
