Study On Real Time Analysis System Of 300MW Unit Operate Thermal Cost In Dalate Power Plant

With the thermal performance test and the unit power rate test, the goal values of major unit operating indices and parameters at different operating conditions are obtained, and through the on-line performance calculation to the obtained real-time values, the difference between present operating parameters and the goal values thus is obtained. What has to be done is to determine the quantitative difference cost in different operating conditions, so as to gain the coal cost and heat rate of a given unit. Based on this cost analysis, the major factors affecting unit performance stand out, thus it gives help to the optimization of unit operation. In addition to it, the rewarding system of the competition of operators among each unit operating shift for better operation indices that plays a active role in it furthermore stimulates enthusiasm to improve the stability, reliability and cost of units.
