| The numerical simulation on the combustion of a 300MW"W"flame boiler was conducted with the software of CFX-TASCFLOW. Firstly, the calculation was made under the real running condition, and comparison between the calculation results and measurement data indicated that the calculation was of good accuracy. Secondly, calculations under other 25 work conditions were made. According to the calculation, the combustion characteristics of the"W"flame boiler were investigated. The influence of the excess air, the ratio of between the primary air of the front and back arch, the distribution of A,B second air on arch, the ratio of second air of front and back water wall, and the area decrease of primary air on the combustion were analyzed. Finally, three indexes of Ws , Wh and Wb were put forward to descript the flame's symmetry, the flame's center height and the flame's volume in the lower furnace. The influences of different factors on Ws , Wh and Wb were discussed. |
