The ability of heat accumulation and rapid charater of turbine regulating was fully utilized ,which can adapt load changing and avoid large pressure fluctuation, during coordinated control for power units. Mechanism model of evaporation system , superheater, high pressure cylinder and reheater was built according to the energy and mass equipoise equation in variable load operation. Dynamic characteristic of the coal-fired power unit was analyzed from the standpoint of energy and key parametric variation. The coal-fired power unit was modeled integrally by pressure node model, and dynamic model of supercritical unit was presented by nonlinear equation. Based on dynamic model, control ratio was obtained by the exact linearization of multiple channel system through feedback and non-interactive control method of differential geometric control theory. Optimum design of coordinated control for power units was realized.
