Commercial aircraft's hydraulic system is very complex, it has various loads, and it's flight conditions are complex and volatile, so it needs high reliability. Therefore designing redundant, high-reliability integrated management of aircraft hydraulic system is very important for ensuring aircraft safety. Various flight conditions is analyzed, the control logic of the integrated management of the hydraulic system on the basic of the C919 hydraulic system is proposed. The semi-physical simulation platform is developed for verifying the integrated management of the aircraft hydraulic system, and the test results demonstrate the rationality of the developed integrated management.The integrated management of commercial aircrafts hydraulic system, including the study of the aircrafts hydraulic logic control technology, Crew Alerting system and Central Maintenance system are developed in the paper, and the main research contents are given as.Chapter 1:Commercial aircraft hydraulic systems and integrated management of commercial aircraft hydraulic basic components are introduced. Research staturs of the integrated management of large passenger aircraft hydraulic is given. The significance of the development of semi-physics experiments is point out. At last, The significance, research objectives, contents and research methods of the project are outlined.Chapter 2:The hydraulic logic control based on the C919 hydraulic system at every flight conditions is given, and the whole aircraft hydraulic logic control is obtainded,p the control logic of crew alert system and the central maintenance system are pointed out.Chapter 3:According to the integrated management features and semi-physical simulation requirements, the semi-physical simulation platform is developed, the simulation program of aircraft hydraulic system of the semi-physics experiment is introduced.Chapter 4:The sofeware design of the semi--physical simulation platform is analyzed, and the aircraft hydraulic logic software system based on LabVIEW is developed.Chapter 5:Semi-physical simulation methods are used to test and verify the designed various aircraft hydraulic control logics.Chapter 6:The main topic of research and research results are summarized, and some proposed improvements is given for further reseach.
