Research Of Adopting 20kV Voltage Level For Distribution Network In The Bohai Sea Newly Developed Area Of CangZhou City

Rational scheming of voltage levels has a strong influence not only on power system structure and distribution, but also on the designing of equipments in power system. In this paper, the necessity for distribution network in the Bohai Sea newly developed area of CangZhou City to use 20kV voltage level and the feasibility of gradually implementing of the 20kV voltage level in rural areas are discussed, the advantages of using 20kV voltage system in both technical and economic aspects are expounded and proved, mainly comparing with reliability, electric voltage quality, economy. Finally, example for LinGang area, checking the 20kV Scheme against the 10kV Scheme, determine the optimal voltage level distribution network in the Bohai Sea newly developed area.
